Printer Driver Missing in Appraise-It

First, make sure that the printer driver is actually installed and rename it.

1.      Go to Start–Settings–Printers.

a.       Right click on the printer driver and select rename.

b.      Rename the driver by putting a #2 at the end of its name.

c.       Hit enter

2.      Open Appraise-It

3.      Click File–Printer Setup

4.      If you do not see the printer driver listed,

a.       Hit the drop down arrow to the right of the printer you do see listed

b.      Scroll down until you find your printer driver and select it.

c.       (Optional: if you do not like having the #2 at the end of the printer driver, then you can go back and rename it without the #2 or reinstall your driver so that you will have one without the #2.)

5.       If you still do not see the printer driver listed, the delete it and reinstall it.

a.        Go to Start–Settings–Printers.

b.      Right click on the printer driver and select Delete

c.       Also delete all associated drivers

d.      Then reinstall your printer driver.
