Updating old custom skeletons
saved in Appraise-It version 3.1
1.
Click on File – New
2.
Click on the type of report that needs to be updated
3.
Click on OK
4.
Click on your custom skeleton
5.
Click on OK
6.
Click on File – Utilities – Restructure
Report
7.
In the upper box, click on Certification Addendum, [CE
8.
Click on the Delete button
9.
Click on the drop down arrow at the bottom (under
Available Addenda in:)
10. Click
on Certification Addendum, [CE
11. Click
on Insert into Report
12. In
the upper box, click on HUD #92051 Compliance Inspection Report, [CIR]
13. Click
on the Delete button
14. Click
on the drop down arrow at the bottom (under Available Addenda in:)
15. Click
on Compliance Inspection Report (HUD #92051), [CIR2]
16. Click
on Insert into Report
17. In
the upper box, click on Letter of Transmittal (Editable Body),
[OPLETTER]
18. Click
on the Delete button
19. Click
on the drop down arrow at the bottom (under Available Addenda in:)
20. Click
on Letter of Transmittal (Editable Body), [OPLETTER]
21. Click
on Insert into Report
22. In
the upper box, click on Valuation Condition CVP-VC, [VC99]
23. Click
on the Delete button
24. Click
on the drop down arrow at the bottom (under Available Addenda in:)
25. Click
on Valuation Condition Sheets (2001), [VC01]
26. Click
on Insert into Report
27. Click
on OK until you are back in your report
