1)Updated Wise Installation to correct obsolete file and path settings.

2)Added .jpg support for scanned images or an image posted from the clip board.
The ability to save the image as a .tiff was retained.

Note: This updated version of scanlink will require one reboot.  
Meaning, that on a new system or a system that this updated version hasn't been installed before, must be rebooted once during installation.

1.  When copying an image from the clipboard, the Save As dialog now defaults to JPEG rather than TIFF.
