Restructuring a Report
1. Open a new report using your
custom skeleton. (Note, it must be a custom skeleton, otherwise it will say
the report is read only when you try to restructure it.)
a) Click File – New, select the report type, then click OK
b) Click on your custom skeleton, then click OK
c) Go to File – Utilities – Restructure Report.
2. Find the Addenda that you
would like to add.
a) When the addenda is finished
loading, scroll down in the list (at the top) under Contents of Current Report
until you get to place you would like to add the Addendum (**Note: Click on the
addendum that you would like to appear after
the addendum that you are adding).
Select it so that it is highlighted.
Make sure you do not select the top one (i.e., UA2).
b) Click on the drop-down arrow
to the right of Report Profile. If you
do not see the addenda that you would like to insert, click on the browse
button. Double-click on the library that
you need. The phot_lib
contains all of the photo pages. The fax_lib contains all of the fax/scan addenda (there are
15). Finally, the xtra_lib
contains the new addenda found in the 3.2 upgrade of Appraise-It. (**Note:
These library files are only found in version 3.2 of the software.)
c) Scroll down and select the
addendum that you would like to add to your report from the drop-down list.
d) Click on Insert into Report. You should see it inserted above the addendum
that you highlighted in step 2a.
e) Click on OK, then click
OK again. The new addendum is now a part of your custom
skeleton.
3. Find the Addenda that you
would like to remove
a) If you wish to remove
addenda rather than add, then do this in place of step 2.
b) When the addenda is finished
loading, scroll down in the list (at the top) under Contents of Current Report
until you see the Addendum you would like to delete. Then left click on it and click Delete.
c) WARNING!! DO NOT
DELETE: UA2, OFFSCRN, UA2ADJT, CMPS46,
CMPS79, LAC, LIST13, CE
d) (Some appraisers delete the
following: MS_COST; CNA; CNB; MULTI; FIRREA?; PUD; AFR?;
REVIEW?; EQI; ECR; APOC; ENVIR; FAX1?; FAX2?; SCA; TEXTA; TEXTB; SITEPLAN.)
e) Click on OK, then click
OK again. The new addendum is now a part of your custom
skeleton.
