Too Many Users Defined for Report

1. Open WINDOWS EXPLORER (click Start-Programs-Windows Explorer)

a) Double click on your C: drive

b) Double click on tradata

c) Left click on Admin

d) On the right side of the screen, left click on Ai_users.prf

e) Hit delete on your keyboard

2. Open Appraise-It Registration (click Start-Programs-Appraise-It-Registration)

a) Click Define User/Appraiser

b) Define the users again

3. Open Appraise-It

a) Open the report that was giving the error message

b) If you still have the error, click FILE-UTILITY-CHANGE USER
